BranchFlow is a configurable multi-brand, multi-branch operations platform. Fast-food and restaurant groups are the first specialisation, because that is the operation we know in the most detail.
What we are building
- One accountable record per problem, from report to verified closure.
- Configuration instead of hard-coded assumptions, so different brands can work differently.
- A frontline experience that works on a phone, in a cold room, without a signal.
- Reporting built from the working records, so nobody rebuilds it in a spreadsheet.
What we are deliberately not building
- Payroll, human resources and accounting.
- Customer loyalty or ordering.
- Vendor payments and invoicing.
- Route optimisation, live vehicle tracking and sensor networks.

Watch a real branch
Every feature starts from something that went wrong in an actual location.

Benchmark honestly
We measure our workflows against mature products rather than against our own ambitions.

Ship narrow and label it
Anything not finished is labelled on the public site, not hidden.

Prove it in the demonstration
If it cannot be shown working, it does not go on a product page as available.
What we will not claim on this page
- We publish no customer count, funding, headcount, awards or partnership claims, because we are not going to make any up.
- Formal legal terms are set out in each customer agreement.
How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
