What we can state plainly

Common questions
- Can branch staff use this on their own phones?
- Yes. The app installs to the home screen and the main frontline actions are built for a phone screen.
- What happens with no internet at the branch?
- Reports and checklist completions, including up to three compressed photos each, are held on the phone and sent once the connection returns.
- Can it connect to our POS or Oracle systems?
- Connection management, field mapping and sync history exist, and reading sales and supplier data has been built. Nothing is live until your own credentials are added and tested, so we never show a connected state before that.
- Can different brands work differently?
- Yes. Issue types, priorities, response clocks, wording and required evidence are configured per organisation and brand.
- Can a franchisee see only their own branches?
- Yes. Branch access is enforced in the database, not only hidden in the screen.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing is on the pricing page. Talk to us about the size of your estate and we will confirm what is included.
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
