- The governing law and where disputes are heard.
- Subscription terms: billing period, notice, renewal and cancellation.
- Support scope and response commitments.
- Liability limits, and what happens to your data when an agreement ends.
General terms
- Any written agreement or order form signed with you takes precedence over this site.
- Demonstration access is granted for evaluation only, on the terms shown when you accept access.
- Demonstration workspaces hold sample data and must not be used for real operational records.
- Nothing on this website is an offer, a warranty or a contractual commitment.
Requesting an agreement
- Ask us and we will provide a written agreement specific to your engagement.
- We will answer procurement and legal questionnaires directly.
What we will not claim on this page
- Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.
- Changes to these terms are dated and prior versions remain available on request.
How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
