Before you start
- Open the demonstration workspace and accept the access terms.
- Everything in there is sample data and it is labelled as sample data.
- Nothing you do affects a real branch, so break it freely.
The route to follow

1. Report a failure
Report a freezer running warm, with a photo and the customer impact.

2. Watch it land
Open the work queue and see it with a priority, an owner and a response clock.

3. Order what is needed
Raise a supply or parts request and approve it as a manager.

4. Send it out
Assign the run to a vehicle on the dispatch board and confirm delivery.

5. Record the fix
Record what was done, the cause and the evidence.

6. Try to close it yourself
You will be blocked. Verification needs a second person, on purpose.

7. Verify as someone else
Sign in as the verifying role and accept or reject the work.

8. Read the result
Open reporting and readiness and see the same event reflected in the figures.
What to look for
- How few taps it takes a branch team member to report something properly.
- Whether the record tells you the truth a week later.
- That closure genuinely requires someone other than the person who did the work.
- That every figure in reporting traces back to a record you can open.
What we will not claim on this page
- The workspace contains sample branches and sample figures only. No customer data is in it.
- Demo alerts are previews; no messages are sent.
Common questions
- Do we need to install anything?
- No. It runs in a browser, and on a phone you can add it to the home screen if you want to test offline use.
- Can we bring our own scenario?
- Yes, and it is the best use of the time. Bring a problem that keeps recurring in your own branches.
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
