- A documented public API and integration guides.
- Per-organisation limits on AI assistance usage.
Waiting on information from customers
- Live WhatsApp, SMS and email delivery need accounts, approved templates and opted-in recipients.
- Point-of-sale and finance connections need credentials and a test in the customer's own workspace.
Outside scope
- Payroll, human resources, accounting and customer loyalty.
- Route optimisation and live vehicle tracking.
- Automatic sensor and probe feeds.
- Any feature that requires us to claim a certification we do not hold.

How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
