- Why price per branch instead of per user?
- Branch work involves many people who report occasionally. Charging per branch means nobody avoids reporting a problem to save a licence.
- Are frontline users unlimited?
- Yes. Staff who report issues, complete checks and confirm deliveries are unlimited on every plan.
- What counts as a branch?
- An active operating location — a restaurant, store, site or warehouse with its own work. Head offices and closed sites are not counted.
- What does implementation include?
- Discovery, setting up your brands, branches, roles and procedures, importing your equipment and suppliers, training and a supported pilot. It is a one-time fee, separate from the subscription.
- Can we pay in GYD?
- Yes. Prices are set in US dollars and can be invoiced in Guyana dollars using the rate agreed for the invoice date. The GYD figures on this page use an editable reference rate.
- Do integrations and messaging cost extra?
- Integration scoping is included in Enterprise and available as an add-on on Operations. Connections read data and do not write back; there is no public API reference yet. Specific systems require customer credentials, scoping, and a successful test. Messaging-provider fees (WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS, email) are quoted separately.
- What does 24/7 support mean?
- It applies only to contracted Enterprise support: a target to acknowledge a critical incident at any hour. It is an acknowledgement target, not a guaranteed fix time. Scope is agreed in writing.
- Can we start with a pilot?
- Yes. Most groups start with a few branches and one workflow, review the results, then roll out.
