What we do

- Build your first opening, closing and temperature procedures with you.
- Train each role on its own workflow, using the walkthroughs in the app.
- Run a first-branch pilot and adjust before the wider rollout.
What we cannot do for you
- Decide your priorities, response expectations or approval limits.
- Produce an accurate equipment list if one does not exist.
- Make branch managers use it. That needs your leadership, not our software.
- Guarantee an integration before your credentials have been tested.

How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
