Resources
Three templates you can use tomorrow, in or out of BranchFlow.
Each one is a plain spreadsheet file. Use them on paper, in a spreadsheet, or as the starting point for a published procedure inside BranchFlow.
How to use them
- Download, then delete anything that does not apply to your operation.
- Keep every line specific enough that two different people would record the same thing.
- Decide which lines require a photo or a reading before you publish them.
- When they settle, rebuild them as versioned procedures in BranchFlow so failures create work.

Plain spreadsheet files. No sign-up and no email required.
- Opening and closing checks (CSV)
Front of house, kitchen, equipment and security lines with evidence columns.
- Temperature and cold-chain record (CSV)
Unit, target range, recorded reading, corrective action and who checked it.
- Preventive maintenance schedule (CSV)
Equipment, task, frequency, trigger type and who is responsible.
What we will not claim on this page
- These are practical starting points, not regulatory documents. Target ranges and frequencies must match your own local requirements.
- No sign-up, no email capture. The files are simply there to download.
How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
