A group chat can raise a problem. It cannot hold the record.
Most branch operations start in a chat group and a shared sheet. That works until you need an owner, a clock, evidence and a way to prove the fix actually happened.
Difference in emphasis
A neutral read, topic by topic. Anything about another product should be checked on that vendor's own pages.

Choose BranchFlow when
- Several branches, and nobody can say confidently what is still open.
- Food safety or equipment issues where evidence matters.

The other option may suit you better when
- A single site with a few issues a week and one person handling them.
- A team that will genuinely not adopt any new tool right now.
What we will not pretend
The limits of our own product, stated here rather than discovered later.
- BranchFlow still sends alerts through your own WhatsApp or email account, connected during onboarding.
- Chat will not disappear. The aim is that the record lives here and the chat points at it.

The fastest check: count how many open issues you can name from last week.
- Can we keep using WhatsApp?
- Yes. Once your account is connected, alerts can go to WhatsApp while the record stays in BranchFlow. Group chats are not supported by the messaging API.
- Why is there no price comparison?
- Published prices change by plan, region and contract. Check each vendor's own pricing page at the time you decide.
