Resources
Start with one branch and one real problem.
Rolling out across every branch at once is how operations tools die quietly. This sequence gets one branch working properly first, then repeats it.
Stage one — set the structure
- 1
Organisation and brands
Create the organisation, brands and the wording you actually use on the floor.
- 2
Branches and areas
Add branches, and the areas inside them where work happens.
- 3
People and roles
Invite managers, dispatchers and technicians, and assign branches.
- 4
Issue types and priorities
Define what gets reported, how urgent each level is, and the response clocks.
Stage two — make it real for one branch
- 1
Equipment
Load the equipment for that branch, and print the scan codes.
- 2
Procedures
Publish opening, closing and temperature routines with the evidence you require.
- 3
Approval limits
Set who can approve what value of supplies or external work.
- 4
Run it for two weeks
Let the branch report everything through BranchFlow, and fix what irritates them.
Stage three — roll out and report
- 1
Repeat per branch
Copy the structure, load equipment, assign people.
- 2
Preventive plans
Add recurring service plans now the equipment list is accurate.
- 3
Reporting rhythm
Agree the weekly and monthly reports leadership will actually read.
- 4
Connections
Only now consider connecting point-of-sale, messaging or finance systems.
What usually goes wrong
- Equipment lists that were never accurate to begin with.
- Priorities that make everything urgent, so nothing is.
- Verification given to the same person who does the work, which defeats the point.
- Rolling out to twenty branches before one is working well.
What we will not claim on this page
- Setup effort is mostly your own data: branches, equipment lists and procedures. We can help, but we cannot invent your equipment list.
- We publish no implementation timeline commitment, because it depends entirely on the state of your records.
Common questions
- How long does it take?
- One branch can be working within days if the equipment list exists. A whole estate depends on your data and your people, and we will not quote a number we cannot stand behind.
- Can you import our existing data?
- Yes, from spreadsheets you provide. We map your columns with you during setup.
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
