What we have built, and the gaps we know about.
Branch teams use this on old phones, in bright kitchens, in a hurry. Accessibility is an operational requirement here, not a formality — but we have not had a formal audit, so we claim no conformance level.
Built in today
- Light, dark and system appearance, chosen once and remembered.
- A larger text size option and a stronger contrast option in Settings.
- Keyboard focus is visible throughout, and the interface can be operated by keyboard.
- Reduced-motion preferences from your device are respected.
- Touch targets are sized for use with gloves or wet hands.
- Form fields carry labels and plain-language hints rather than placeholder-only prompts.
- Tables use proper header structure so screen readers can announce rows correctly.
- Plain-language status wording for branch staff, with technical wording kept for administrators.
Known gaps
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out, and no WCAG conformance level is claimed.
- Some wide reporting tables scroll sideways on small phones.
- Charts convey information visually; the same figures are available in the tables and CSV exports beside them.
- Screen-reader testing has been informal rather than systematic across every screen.
If something blocks you
- Tell us through the contact page, naming the screen and the device.
- We treat a blocked frontline user as an operational fault, not a cosmetic issue.
- We will tell you honestly whether a fix is quick or sits behind larger work.
What we will not claim on this page
- This statement describes our own testing. It is not a certified accessibility audit and should not be quoted as one in a tender without that caveat.
- We have not set a date for a formal audit, and we would rather say so than imply one is scheduled.
How your data is handled
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
