For frontline teams
The walk-in freezer is where the signal dies.
Field mode keeps reports and checklist completions on the phone, including compressed photos, and sends them when the connection returns.
What we can state plainly
Each line here is something the running system does today, not an ambition.
- Reports and checklist completions are queued locally when offline.
- Up to three compressed photos per record are kept and uploaded after reconnection.
- Each queued record shows its state, with try-again and discard controls.
- Replay is protected against duplicates when the same record is sent twice.
How it works in practice
- 1
Install
Add BranchFlow to the home screen from the phone browser.
- 2
Work offline
Report issues and complete checklists with no connection.
- 3
Reconnect
Queued records sync, with the last sync time shown.
- 4
Resolve problems
Anything that cannot sync is explained in plain language, not an error code.

Common questions
- Is it in the app stores?
- No. It installs from the browser to the home screen, which avoids store approval for every update.
- Can staff work offline for a whole shift?
- Reports and checklists, yes. Reviewing full history and reporting needs a connection.
How access and records are handled
Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.
