Industries / Fast-food and restaurant groups

Keep every restaurant branch ready for the next order.

BranchFlow connects equipment issues, food-safety checks, stock requests, vendor visits, branch readiness and verified closure across every location.

Built for the problems restaurant groups actually report

  • A failed temperature check becomes corrective work, not a number in a log book.
  • Packaging and parts requests carry quantity, destination and receipt confirmation.
  • Recurring service plans for refrigeration, fryers, HVAC and generators create work before failure.
  • Closure needs a second person, so a rushed sign-off cannot hide an unfixed unit.

A freezer failure, end to end

  1. 1

    A check fails at 6am

A cold-holding reading is out of range. The team member records the reading, the unit and a photo instead of writing it in a paper log.

  2. 2

    Corrective work is created

The failed item creates linked corrective work with the product at risk, the containment action and an owner.

  3. 3

    The right help is sent

The work is assigned internally or to the refrigeration vendor that covers that region.

  4. 4

    Parts and supplies follow

A seal, filter or packaging request is approved, dispatched with a vehicle and confirmed on receipt at the branch.

  5. 5

    The fix is evidenced

The technician records the cause, the action and photos, plus the temperature after the repair.

  6. 6

    A second person verifies

A supervisor accepts or rejects the result. The resolver cannot sign off their own work.

  7. 7

    The pattern shows up

If the same unit fails three times in a month, it appears as a repeat problem with downtime, not as three separate chats.

What branch teams and leadership get

  • Protect service availability

Know when a freezer, fryer, oven, HVAC unit, POS terminal, generator or delivery vehicle threatens service, and who owns it.

  • Standardise checks without slowing the branch

Opening, closing, temperature, sanitation and equipment checks with required evidence and automatic corrective work.

  • Move supplies before they become a service problem

Packaging, cleaning supplies, PPE and maintenance parts with approval, dispatch, receipt, shortfall and follow-up.

  • Compare branches fairly

One definition of response time, resolution time, repeat issues, check completion, supply turnaround and readiness.

  • Keep vendors coordinated

Regional coverage, contracts and a private link that shows a vendor only the jobs shared with it.

  • Work with the connection you have

Reports and completed checks are held on the phone during a network drop and sync when the signal returns.

Questions restaurant operators ask

Can BranchFlow integrate with our POS or Oracle systems?
Connection setup, field mapping, sync history and reading sales and supplier data are built. A connector is only called connected after your credentials, a tested read and error handling pass in your own environment.
Can branch staff use it on phones?
Yes. It installs to the home screen and the frontline actions are designed for a phone.
Does it work with patchy connectivity?
Reports and checklist completions, with up to three compressed photos each, are queued on the device and sent later.
Can different brands use different workflows?
Yes. Wording, issue types, priorities, response clocks and required evidence are set per organisation and brand.
Can franchisees see only their own branches?
Yes. Branch access is enforced in the database for every screen, report and export.
Does it replace inventory or POS software?
No. It manages operational stock movement, counts, waste and purchasing approvals, and is meant to sit alongside your sales and finance systems.

How access and records are handled

Each organisation's records are separated in the database, and people only see the branches they are assigned to. Status changes, approvals, rejections and verifications are recorded with who did them and when. We do not claim any external certification or audit at this stage; if you need a formal security review, ask us and we will tell you exactly what exists today.

Walk your own worst morning through it.

Report a freezer failure in the demonstration workspace, dispatch it, resolve it with evidence and try to verify your own work.
